Poor service, overpriced& and cost me $600 in labor for not notifying me arrival of sod! Kid loading sod did not know how to do his job, threatened me when I complained, he just lost your business35 landscaping house job sites! Pitiful! Eddie Jerry! Never recommend you ever! You suck!

Buyer beware. Bought a pallet and kind of noticed it seemed dry but not being familiar with the product trusted they would know the condition of what they sold me. Big mistake and then when I called that it was not coming out they throw out all these questions and refuse to even come and look at it. Would not recommend buying anything from them

Used to be able to get smaller loads delivered but went in today and was told they only deliver full trucks loads now. Sad to see them abandon the homeowner diy market. Idk if they have new owners or what, but you can really tell the shift in customer service lately. Sad to see a local business go down the drain.

I wish there was a way to post a picture with my review. After spending $2000 to sod the front yard of my brand new, very expensive home, every blade of grass is dead and has been for over a month. I’ve never seen anything like it. I watered it per the instructions given me by the installer and it looked great for about six weeks. The most frustrating part is that when it first started to struggle I left multiple messages for the store manager to call me just so I could ask some questions and try to save it. I never ever to this day have received a call back. I guess I’m glad I found this out now as I am getting ready to sod the balance of my yard and spend a lot more money than the original $2000 but it will not be with the Sod Store.
